It doesn’t feel cold, very cozy.

Nothing. Everything you pay for is basically not delivered. There are too many restrictions and in the end you can’t cancel. The lady even says you’ll still be charged. The parking space isn’t free: it’s very small, usually taken by her own car, and it depends on availability. The disclaimer is only in English, which causes confusion; it should be in both languages to avoid surprises. Recommendation: read the conditions carefully before booking, because later you’ll be charged extra for the parking, the lounge, and the kitchen. Negative points: ❌ Doesn’t deliver what’s promised ❌ Excessive restrictions ❌ No cancellation and still charged ❌ Small, unavailable parking ❌ Extra charges for basic spaces ❌ Lack of clarity in terms ❌ Disclaimer only in English.
We arrived to find our room already occupied and they couldn't offer any alternative.

It’s close to Real Plaza and the airport, with public transport lines that let you reach the city centre. The owner treated us kindly. The facilities are pleasant and clean. However, the street noise can be heard a bit. The hotel isn’t properly identified – it still lacks a sign with its name, isn’t on Google Maps, and the location on Booking isn’t accurately placed, making it hard to find at first. There’s no reception yet, but I assume they’ll add one soon.
“I would stay there again and longer”
