“Spacious and comfortable accommodation.”

The room was very spacious and secure, I had my own toilet and a shared bathroom down the hall, and I liked the code locks because I could come and go freely; the only downside was the noise.

I found a broken drawer, the toilet light was dead, and the kitchen was awful and unbelievably filthy.

The room was big and the bed was nice, and I liked how close it was to the CBD. However, the bedding wasn’t clean, the mattress had a lot of bumps, the pillow smelled bad, and the bathroom needed a lot of attention.

They offered free parking, but the room had none of the advertised amenities: no shower or bath, no kettle, and it smelled like urine.

I booked a room for tonight, yet no PIN code or instructions were given for either door, so I was stuck outside trying to enter. I called everyone, but no one answered, and customer service was closed. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated to have no access to the accommodation I paid for; this is unacceptable service for a booked guest. The property was okay.
