“Una buena limpieza, ubicación o confort no maquilla que se han comportado como unos aprovechados”

I was given a double room with a king‑size bed by mistake; we requested two beds, and although there were spare beds available, we were charged for a full room with two beds.

There was an odd odor in the room and bathroom, and the room lacks a wardrobe, offering only a few places to store a large suitcase.
