The location is great and the staff are friendly. The room I stayed in didn’t have a mini‑bar or a balcony, though.

The breakfast could have been more varied. The shower had only one door, which caused the floor to get wet, and the bidet shower sprayed too hard, soaking everything. There was a sewage smell, and the safe didn’t work.

The owners were super polite and helpful, and the hotel sits right in the city center so you can walk to everything. The breakfast spread was a bit limited, but there was always something decent to grab.

The hotel is just two steps from the city center and Tuzla lakes, with friendly, available staff and parking options. Rooms have air‑conditioning, and the breakfast is calm and decent.
