“Would rate this hotel hardly 3 stars. They have to make up the breakfast urgently.”
The hotel is quite nice and new, with very friendly and attentive staff, and the bed was very comfortable; I booked an anti‑stress massage done by a wonderful lady named Jane, who was very professional and the massage was very good. The hotel is far from the city centre, but that wasn’t a major issue for us since we were traveling by car. However, it sits right in the middle of a construction site, so it was quite noisy in the morning. Breakfast started at 8:00 a.m., but when we came down at 8 a.m. because we needed to leave early it was not yet fully ready, and the breakfast itself was not up to the standard I would expect from a four‑star hotel. Some of the products did not seem fresh: the pastrami was old and had a slimy texture, the cheese was dried out, and the scrambled eggs seemed to have simply been reheated from the previous day. The boiled eggs were cold, the bread was stale, and the coffee tasted like unfiltered water. It was quite surprising that the hotel presents itself as a four‑star property. The pool water was pleasantly warm, which we really enjoyed, but on the first day the water in the jacuzzi was noticeably dirty. The hammam was also not ready for use and was not heated; we asked the staff to turn it on, but even after 40 minutes it still had not reached a suitable temperature, so unfortunately we were unable to use it.
