The room was spacious and spotless, just a short walk from the historic city centre. The air‑conditioner had no remote; you could only turn it on or off, not adjust the temperature, and parking nearby was difficult.

The location was convenient. There was no breakfast offered and the reception was not open, so we had to call and wait for someone to arrive to check in; it needs a serious front‑desk overhaul.

It sits just outside the centre and you can park on the street, which is a relief because driving into the town is impossible. The cleanliness was average; the bathroom had hair in the sink and two spiders with their webs on the air‑conditioner. The bar was non‑functional and looked quite neglected compared to other hostels on the same street. I would not stay again. The room décor was awful, with green‑tinted tables matching the sheets and a glass holder; the bathroom, however, had been renovated.
