Spotlessly clean, the fitness center offered a full range of equipment, weights, balls, and yoga mats, and the private pool came with lounge chairs and tables.

The room looked nice, and I appreciated seeing my name on both TVs when I arrived, but the extra towels and pillows I asked for didn’t arrive until we had to call again later, and there were no robes available for use.
