La ubicación, en trato de los empleados. Las instalaciones no muy limpias, no eran cómodas. Habitación no insonorizada. Mala calidad en general. Pobre desayuno

The only thing that was great was the receptionists’ service; they were really attentive. We’re just two blocks from the bus terminal. Every time we showered we had to dry the bathroom floor. The elevator doors were very fragile, and the mattresses were past their expiry date.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were outstanding. The bathroom felt a bit cramped but it matched the 2‑star rating of the hotel. Staying there for the night is highly recommended.
