“Great for kids, a little less for the parents”
The hotel is great for kids; every detail is designed to maximize their experience, creating great memories for the children. As an adult, the hotel is not so great. The food is mediocre at best. Everything is expensive (a bottle of water in the cafeteria next to the kids’ club costs more than 5 euro). Parking costs money and they didn’t tell me that. There are no free drinks at dinner, not even water. And so on.
There were plenty of play options. The reception had a gloomy atmosphere, no friendliness. We booked through Booking, so Kolping guests were supposed to get a discount at Bobo Fun Park, but we didn’t receive it. The food selection was monotonous.

A family‑friendly place with a welcoming team and unique features, all designed with kids in mind while still catering well to parents. The kids were completely absorbed by the mascot and the surrounding story. The only downside was the crowd at the kids’ pool: towels were tossed in at 8 am when the pool opened, yet people didn’t arrive until 11 am. Many of those there had no small children but were using the pool for the nice sunbeds. A reservation system that keeps the pool clear for families with little ones would be a good improvement.

We stayed in two rooms. There was really no air conditioning, only ventilation. In one room the ventilation didn’t work properly, and we didn’t bother the hotel staff; the children had to sleep with us. In fact, we paid for two rooms with air conditioning, but there were five people in one room with a fan. Very disappointing. We asked the reception for help, someone came who didn’t really help, and then said there was nothing more they could do with the rooms. We didn’t like the air conditioning in the rooms – the staff didn’t work, didn’t help, and didn’t care about customer service. The park’s entrance fee was also charged to hotel guests even though we were told that hotel guests get one free entrance.

We were with an 8‑month‑old baby, the room was very well equipped, everything we needed was there, and the restaurant was very child‑friendly. The outdoor kids’ pools were a bit cold for the baby. Bobó offered very few opportunities to meet.
