Checked in went to room, checked out did not even stay and requested a refund from booking .com and recieved no response. it should be condemned

I returned to this hotel because I’d stayed there before, but this time my room was close to the office and I couldn’t figure out why there was a humming noise through the wall all night, which kept me from sleeping. The rooms are fine and the staff is lovely, but that constant buzz that went on all night really needs fixing; I was in room 102 and it was so disruptive that I didn’t want to bother anyone with a complaint.
