The hotel sits in a central spot, but the smell from the market right below is strong. We booked a room for five people but only four beds were set up; later they claimed adding an extra bed was a “favor,” which felt unprofessional. Although five of us were staying, we received only two key cards. Basic amenities like facial services were missing, and the checkout was chaotic – they gave us four water bottles in the room, insisted there should have been five, and accused us of taking the missing one, which was uncomfortable.
