The staff were polite and willing to solve guests’ issues, yet the bathroom lacked a non‑slip mat, which is crucial for older travelers and increases the risk of falling.

The location was great, just a 5‑minute walk to the night market, and the staff were really nice; they even let us leave part of our luggage while we went for five days to Alishan National Forest Recreation Area. The room wasn’t very big but acceptable, and a small fridge was very convenient.
