“Wunderbare Oase”

The staff were, as always, very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was delicious and the selection superb. In the room, the bathroom was very small and the shower kept switching between hot and cold. I also know some beautiful single rooms there, but this one was the first that wasn’t so nice.

We had another wonderful time here. It was already nice to be pregnant, but this time with our baby it was different. We especially liked that we were seated in a quiet area for dinner, so we could enjoy the food (which was again very tasty). I finally got to try the sushi and it was really good 😋 We spent a few hours swimming with the little one, which he really enjoyed. The water was nice, no chlorine 👍🏼 We were a bit worried that we might disturb other guests with the baby, but it went very well. Both the staff and other guests were very warm towards our son and us, and we felt very comfortable. What also struck me this time was how enormous the effort must be to maintain this property! Creating such a beautiful, wild yet well‑kept setting is no small task. Respect to the team behind it! We’ll gladly come back 😊 The only improvement would be having baby cribs on site to avoid the setup and teardown hassle, but we managed just fine 😊

However, the service fell short: on the first day an omelet with ham and cheese was served at breakfast without issue, but on the second day it was refused because they claimed only vegetarian egg dishes were available, which is absurd. During check‑out, several people had to wait about 20 minutes to confirm whether the booking was paid in advance or on site. The parking spaces are extremely tight, making it difficult to use larger cars.
The whole hotel is very nice, but one air‑conditioner was clearly missing.
