“Disappointing and not so relaxing and enjoyable.”
There wasn’t much to highlight—coffee at breakfast was decent, and the cleaning staff kept the corridors and floors tidy, and the location was good. However, the staff, facilities, comfort and food were all only average at best. The air conditioning didn’t work, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the staff were not friendly or helpful at all, and breakfast was quite poor. The room lacked basic comforts such as Wi‑Fi and a safety deposit box (unless you paid), no iron, no hair dryer, etc. Everything was very basic. On top of that, we had a corner room, so neighbors could see inside when they were on the balcony, and when they smoked, the smoke flooded our room. One elevator was broken.
