The hotel was clean and met my expectations, with a good bed and fresh linens; a reception staff member helped me call a taxi in the morning, and the shopping center with fruit stalls and the central park were close by, along with many shops and cafés.

It was comfortable, but too small for three people, though it was fine for one night; there were no toiletries.

The location and cleanliness were good, but there was no lift and the price was high compared to the value.

The location was fine, but the room was too tiny and there was no lift.

I only had air conditioning, nothing else. They switched my room to one that wasn’t the one we booked, with no explanation, on a street with heavy traffic that echoed inside the room. The sheets were dirty, and at night we could hear noise from all the other rooms, so we slept very little and were extremely disappointed because it was far from what we expected and downright awful.
