The room was nice, but it got very hot even with the aircon on and there was no fridge even though a space was available; the pillows were too small and uncomfortable. Breakfast lacked fried eggs, and the coffee was warm instead of hot.

The staff were brilliant and the location amazing; the hotel was clean and the food very good. Even during peak times the staff worked hard and were very accommodating, and I felt safe. The bathroom was clean. However, I’ve been here twice and always end up near the lift, the rooms are very warm, the aircon stops at 18.5 °C so the room never cools down, and the beds aren’t the most comfortable, though that might just be me.

The location was very central and breakfast was excellent, but there was noise coming from outside.

It was close to the city, the facilities excellent, and the staff brilliant; I’ll definitely use it again. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, but everything else was excellent.
