The spot is super handy, right next to Shin-Osaka Station, and the staff were really friendly. The room was nice and roomy, but we had booked a high‑floor room and ended up on floor 4; after a long flight and only one night, I didn’t bother to raise the issue.

The room was spacious with an excellent view, very comfortable and clean. The staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet was great. Getting there from the station was easy, and the location was perfect—definitely the best hotel choice.

The location between Shinagawa Station and Osaka Station was good, and the room was fine but nothing special. Breakfast offered a good selection of tasty Japanese dishes. The room felt a bit worn compared to other hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip, but we chose it for its proximity to the Shinkansen.
