This time in Ninh Bình I chose Milan, a hotel in the very center right across from the Old Town, just a 1‑minute walk away; the morning and afternoon receptionists were friendly and enthusiastic, not only suggesting ECI but also arranging ECO for me until 12:40 am; I’ll definitely return.

The hotel was modern, clean and quiet, and the staff were really helpful and friendly, letting us store our bags after checkout and even use a shower before our night bus; it sits right in the centre of Ninh Binh, directly across the road from the Old Town night lights and markets, so ordering Grab cars to any attraction was cheap and convenient; the rooftop was a great spot to watch the sunset over the lake.

We had such a wonderful stay here! A special shout‑out to the male receptionist—he was standard‑setting, incredibly thoughtful, and made our trip so much more memorable. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town and close to main attractions. The hotel itself feels fresh and well‑maintained. We originally booked for just one night, but loved the vibe so much that we extended for a second! For our extra night, we moved to a top‑floor room with an amazing terrace overlooking the Old Town. The view was incredible, though the room itself showed a bit more wear and tear compared to our first one.
