The location is superb; the astronomical clock and the square are just a 5‑minute walk away, and the lobby offers a free capsule coffee machine. However, the self‑check‑in was problematic because there was no desk on site to help resolve the issue.

The place is well‑situated and clean, but there is no front‑desk staff; an emergency phone is available and they do answer quickly, yet paying €95 for a single room with no staff present feels inappropriate, and the facilities look more like a student residence than a hotel.

The location was fantastic, but I missed having staff there—probably fine for those who enjoy self‑check‑in, but I met someone who welcomed us.

Perfect location, nice rooms, and very friendly staff—will definitely return! The bed had a very sagging mattress, and finding a parking spot is a major challenge.
