🤔. So many. 1. Bathroom if you enter inside, it will complete once 2 foots in. Exhaust not working 2. Room having mosquitoe, i told the owner, he said my friend in tbilisi at this time every whare. 3. Not good room 4. Bed is not comfortable at all. 5. Overall, in short don't go there unless you have no option. 6. Room is near reception, you will listen music, talking sound, we came for vacation for good night stay and relex

The only clean item was the bed sheet. Basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and toothpaste were hard to find. The shower cabin was extremely dirty, and the staff were neither friendly nor welcoming, unlike what you expect at hotels. Even the cleaning staff treated guests poorly, making the overall experience very disappointing.

The first impression was good and the staff were helpful, but the carpets were dirty, the bathroom fixtures awful, the room had no windows, and the beds were terrible.
The location was the only thing that worked for me; everywhere else was mouldy.
The bed was good and the air‑con worked well, cooling the room quickly. The breakfast was disappointing and started too late at 9:00 am, which is too late for a tourist who usually wants to head out early for sightseeing.
