The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and tasty, and the host was extremely nice and helpful. The property had no AC.

The reception was hot (37 °C), everything was clean, there was a fan in the room, a water bottle, small snacks, and coffee/tea on the room. The mattress was good, and the breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. Parking (3 spots) right next to the hotel was limited, but there was public parking across the street. Water was missing at the breakfast buffet, and the “freshly squeezed” sign on the orange juice was not up to date.
