“Deludente: problemi nelle camere e parcheggio scomodo.”
The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to expectations. In the first room, after my boyfriend showered, a horrible sewage smell spread. The shower itself was tiny and uncomfortable. I asked for a room change and was offered a second one that unfortunately smelled of smoke. I requested another change and, luckily, the third and last available room had a beautiful view of the castle. Though it was a single‑person room, we managed. We were told a supplement was expected for this room, but fortunately it wasn’t applied. The parking was also quite inconvenient and far from the property. In short, we appreciate the lady’s friendliness, but the room quality and handling of issues need improvement.
