The staff were super helpful and friendly, the spa area was exclusive, and we even got an extra half‑hour of spa time after hours for free. The rooms were a bit dirty, and the bathroom had a sewage smell.

“Świetny nocleg za nieduże pieniądze”

The pension is comfortable and spacious, located close to Krupówki. The rooms are clean and well‑equipped. Guests also have access to a sauna and jacuzzi, but you need to book those in advance. Breakfasts are tasty and varied. The only issue is the water smell that a few people have already mentioned; it’s noticeable in the shower but we didn’t risk using it for brushing teeth.

The room is large, the beds are comfortable, and the owner is easy to get along with. The window offers a view of the mountains, and the location is good. The tap water smells like rotten eggs.

The location was great and the spa area was enjoyable. The room itself was nicely decorated and clean, though it was quite small. Contact with the staff was odd and overly complicated – we never saw a single staff member or receptionist throughout our stay. When neighboring guests were extremely loud in the middle of the night, no one answered our messages or was at reception to intervene. On top of that, the tap water smelled terrible, making basic things like brushing our teeth very unpleasant.

The location was fine, but the stay left a lot to be desired. On the day we left, we were told breakfast wouldn’t be served because the person responsible couldn’t arrive, which was a real headache since we had a planned departure and had to scramble for a breakfast spot last minute. During the stay we also struggled with the bathroom water – it had a terrible odor, so we avoided using it even for brushing teeth or making tea, buying water from a shop instead. The sink water also drained very slowly from the start. After reporting everything, the owner offered a 20 % refund of the stay, which we accepted, but the refund hasn’t been processed yet. The place has potential, but at this price we’d expect much better organization and, above all, fulfillment of the agreed compensation.
