PIANELLE RESORT is in an extraordinary spot, right in the heart of the Sassi, ideal for exploring Matera on foot. Our room was truly magnificent: very spacious, supremely comfortable, and at a perfect temperature. The bathroom, huge and elegantly equipped, even included inhalotherapy—a truly special touch. What really sets the hotel apart is the staff. They’re not just polite and courteous; they genuinely go out of their way to make the stay extraordinary. They helped us personally with restaurant reservations, activities, and recommendations, always with great willingness and professionalism. The combination of location, room spaciousness and comfort, and especially the human quality of the service, makes PIANELLE RESORT exceptional.
