Kesh Hotel

Staying at this hotel with my mom, we were completely delighted! The hotel is clean and cozy, but its main treasure is the amazing staff. On our last evening a force majeure event occurred, but the workers resolved it quickly, organized an ideal transfer in the morning, and helped us. Such sincere care for guests and fast problem solving is rare. Thanks to Azim, kitchen worker Miyassa (hope I got the name right), and the rest of the team for turning a stressful situation into warm memories of Tashkent. The hotel’s location is convenient, the food tasty, the staff friendly, and the price budget‑friendly—definitely recommend it to all travelers.

“W tej cenie są gorsze”

1. Łóżko było ok 2. Niedaleko do metra 15 minut piechotą 3. Miła obsługa z recepcji. 1. Śniadanie, ciężko było coś dostać przychodząc około 9, bardzo mało miejsc siedzących, chaos i brak czystych naczyń 2. Smród z toalety 3. Materace spadały z łóżek 4. Nikt nie sprzątał w pokoju przez 4 dni

We loved the food, but the room wasn’t clean or ready when we arrived. We had asked beforehand if we could extend our stay and were told it was possible, so we cancelled another hotel and chose this one. On check‑in day, we were told the checkout extension wasn’t available. After our tour, we had to sort and store our belongings ourselves in the hallway.

The hotel is in a great spot. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast menu could use more variety and improvement.
