The only good thing was the location. It was my husband's birthday and I asked them to set up a special room, but after they suggested the option I was told it would be done, and nothing changed – I was disappointed.

The location right in the city center opposite the cathedral is great, and the room is spacious and modern.

The room’s design and décor are impressive, the view of the Cathedral is fantastic, and it’s close to all the attractions. The elevator can only hold four people, though.

Breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly, but the room had a musty smell and felt damp; the mattresses slid apart, and the photos on the site don’t fully represent the room.
