Only the location mattered. They had no rooms available for us, Booking made a mistake, and even after trying to contact them, Booking still didn’t reply. The rooms were filthy and overpriced; the listing on Booking is a disgrace.

First time I fled a place right after stepping into the room. The only good thing was the spot near Soksan beach. There was no reception, the access path led straight to the bins with bad smells, the room was dirty, insects were in the bed, the power outlets were faulty and possibly dangerous, a padlock was needed for the door, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

The place was in a great spot, but it was filthy and felt unsafe, so I only stayed one night before moving elsewhere for the next three nights.

The location was truly right by the water, and help was immediate when the air‑conditioning broke. The Wi‑Fi was mostly non‑functional; after several inquiries it finally worked. Everything else was a bit too dirty.
