I was really happy with the size of the room - it was massive. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but the real letdown was the noise from the street outside. It was pretty loud, but I guess that's what you get for staying in a busy area.

The location was great, the beds in the dorm were comfy, and there was even hot water and toiletries provided. But the lack of staff on site was a real problem - we had to get all our info through SMS, which was really inconvenient and wasted a lot of our time because the addresses were wrong.

The room was spotless and really nice, and the staff did a great job keeping it that way. The only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect score was the lack of any real services - not even a front desk to speak of. You have to get your info through SMS, which isn't super convenient.

This place has a really friendly vibe and is super convenient if you're arriving in Hanoi by train - it's just a short walk from the station. Plus, it's within walking distance of all the main sights, which is a big plus. The only thing I'd say is that it's not the most modern place, but it's definitely a great value for the price.
