The facilities are good, but the pets are dried with towels that the hotel lends to guests in the pool area. Dogs relieve themselves in the wet zone where people usually walk barefoot, and my breakfast had a hair in it.

The scenery is amazing, the architecture and gardens are spectacular. There are birds and water throughout. Very beautiful. I asked for extra water in the room and they said it was only a small bottle per person. That doesn’t make sense given the price and the abundance of the place. It’s inconsistent.
