“Hardcore Medina vibes”

Real backpacking vibes here, it’s the middle of Medina. Cons are coming from pros. It was loud because of neighbors and it was quite difficult to find the place

“Lovely”

I really enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts even though I unfortunately can’t speak Arabic or French I could feel so welcomed and happy here at the hostel, epic terrace with amazing views overlooking natural landscape still being right in the Medina with with easy navigation through streets prime location!! Showers were grate just everything was a breeze luved it!!. I have nothing to say if I’m honest only thing would be there wasn’t a power socket by my bed but that’s so minimal and the building was built years ago with plug sockets in the bedroom and on terrace there’s no need!

“Horrible”

La habitación no se ajustaba a la descripción, no había papel higiénico, el baño no era privado, la ducha estaba encima del retrete, las fotos que aparecen están hechas con inteligencia artificial y la dirección no es correcta. De hecho es un timo montado para que otra persona te lleve al hostal (y te cobre por ello) ya que sino no hay manera de encontrarlo. Por eso mismo supongo que el nombre de este hostal es distinto al que aparece en internet y por eso no encontrábamos el lugar, ya que las valoraciones de internet son deplorables. El lavabo tenía goteras, faltaba un espejo. No teníamos cortinas como aparecía en la foto tampoco (además de que en general no se parecía en nada a las fotos la habitación) nos hemos tenido que ir del hostal nada más llegar. La única ventana que teníamos (ponía que teníamos ventana) es un agujero en la pared que no se puede cerrar o cubrir de ninguna manera así que la temperatura de fuera entra mucho. La puerta no cerraba bien y de primeras estaba atrancada con una alfombra, estuvimos media hora para conseguir cerrarla y no romper la alfombra (que ya estaba rota de antes). Mala comunicación porque no hablaba de inglés ni francés ni español. Adjuntaría un vídeo pero no puedo así que pondré fotos capturadas del vídeo. He intentado contactar con Booking pero no me han contestado de atención al cliente

1) Unterkunft unter Namen nicht auffindbar, Name an der Tür ein anderer, Name auf den Unterlagen zum Checkin nochmal ein anderer 2) Zimmer hinter dünner Abtrennubg zum Eingangsbereich, Zimmer ohne Fenster 3) Boden schmutzig, Bett verkrümelt, keine Reinigung während des Aufenthalts 4) kein Toilettenpapier auf der Toilette 5) lautstarke Unterhaltungen vor der Zimmertür an beiden Abenden/Nächten

Mostafa und Aziza sind sehr sehr tolle und herzliche Menschen und ich wünsche ihnen nur das Beste. War das erste Mal Anfang März 2026 bei den beiden. Sie sind für mich wie Familie und Aziza hat mir diesmal geholfen ein Gewand zu kaufen ohne das man übertrieben abgezogen wird. Wen man Fes so sehen möchte wie es wirklich ist kommt zu Mostafa und Aziza. Über die Ausstattung reden wir nicht für den Preis. Es gibt warmes Wasser zum Duschen, ein Bett, eine schöne Dachterasse mit Küche und tolle Menschen
