All the covers were stained, the toilet was never cleaned, and the sheets were never changed. There were no outlets to charge my phone near the bed, and the TV had no channels at all. The plugs near the bed were better, but the TV selection was lacking. The hotel should focus more on the client’s needs instead of just assigning rooms they think are suitable.

The mattress was decent and there was an ice machine. I stayed for 7 days at the Days Inn in Kennedy, TX, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My room was never cleaned, and I used the same towels for 7 days. The front desk was manned by a young lady who was very rude and never sent someone to clean my room after I repeatedly asked. I had to go to the front desk after 6 days to demand fresh towels. The room had many bugs, both dead and alive, in visible areas, and I had to kill some myself. The “clean” towels and sheets were stained.

After work, the restroom smelled like weed, and the towel was dirty with stains, plus there were no outlets near the beds.
