“Not great for us”

The linens were soft and eco‑friendly, and the toiletries were vegan and cruelty‑free. The walk‑in shower was spacious with a nice shower head, and the bathroom lighting and fan were great. A recycling bin was in the room and everything was very clean. However, we had to switch rooms because the beds and air conditioning in the original ones were problematic, and the staff didn’t handle or communicate the situation well. That ruined our view of staying at Choice brand hotels in the future.

“The property is well kept and is very quiet. Person can get a lot of work done or just relax at the KRESS. Much better t”

The property was clean and quiet. Being next to Saint Norbert’s made it very peaceful. The breakfast area was very clean, nice, and the coffee was excellent.

The hotel was fine for the USA, but I had to ask for the room to be cleaned because it didn’t happen automatically.

“Four nights at the Kress Inn”

The spacious room and bathroom arrangement with 2 sink vanities. I liked the operable windows for night time sleeping.The breakfast bar had many options.The internet was fast. Good water pressure, and shower head height for tall people. I expected central heat /ac and not the noisy wall blower unit right next to the bed. We didn't use the fireplace or bathtub. I wish they had better coffee at the breakfast bar, and REAL HALF & HALF instead of that processed stuff, considering it's America's Dairyland. There was an upholstered couch in our unit, but sitting on it felt like it was sticky plastic. On the last night of our 4 night stay, there was a heavy footed guest in the unit above ours that walked around quite a bit, a couple of times in the middle of the night that woke us up

The location was good for my trip, but parking was mostly across the street, and the shower in my room was small and not great to use.
