I spent one night at Hill Top Goa Lodge while going to a psytrance party at Hill Top Goa, and for that reason the place works. The room is kept to the essentials, but it includes a kettle, tea and coffee bags, free water bottles, and a fridge, which I liked. Everything was clean and practical. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for me the next day to the train station, which was very convenient. I’d recommend staying here mainly if you’re heading to a party at Hill Top Goa and can handle the noise; if you need quiet or rest, it might not be the best during event days. The main drawback is that the rooms sit just a few metres from the big speakers, so the music is extremely loud during events, making it hard to nap or sleep before the party ends.
