The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming us with open arms and guiding us throughout our stay, giving us plenty of tips on what to do without us having to benefit from it ourselves.

The view was beautiful.

This hotel surpassed our expectations and offers better value than other hotels in the region.

The hotel’s location was great, especially its proximity to the castle, and the staff took excellent care of us; the food was delicious, particularly the testi kebab, and we’re especially grateful to Mr Batuhan and the rest of the team. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like.

The hotel was centrally located and the housekeeper did a correct and good job, but the bed linen was dirty and full of hair, the toilet flush was broken, the mattress was sagging, the floor light was faulty with an exposed cable, the bathroom drain smelled, and despite offering breakfast there was no proper breakfast.
