I had an excellent stay here: rooms were comfy, the place was spotless, the amenities were great, and the entire team was professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making the experience memorable. A special shout‑out to Ms. Sasa and Mr. Rukesh at the front desk—they went above and beyond, showing warmth and professionalism that made me feel truly welcomed. Every department worked seamlessly to deliver a smooth, enjoyable visit. Thanks to the whole team for their outstanding hospitality; I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I was looking for Sasa because I couldn’t spot her on duty. Some Chinese guys were smoking in their rooms and the smoke somehow drifted into ours through the central AC.
