“استقبال ممتاز واسلوب الموظف محترم”
لا يوجد افطار والموقع ممتاز. التشييك على الغرفه دوره مستمرة الحمامات والمغاسل والروائح تشييك وليس عيوب
The bus to the Haram was convenient, and I’m grateful to Miss Shahd at reception for letting us check in right when we arrived. Unfortunately, towels were sent to the cleaners for three days during our stay, and we were only given disposable ones.
“Only to stay one night for little comfort and shower then go and it is not good for families”
The location was good for bus travel and there was a market next to the hotel, and the bathroom was clean. However, the room had a bad smell, the reception was terrible and unqualified, and they refused to provide any amenities. Mobile signal was zero; there was literally no signal. The room wasn’t clean until I asked for it, there was no towel, Wi‑Fi was advertised but didn’t work—Google search wouldn’t even open.
قربه من الحرم. النت ضعيف خدمه الغرف غير متواجد دائما فردين علي الفندق كاملا كنا اسره واعطونا غرفتين كل غرفه في دور وحاولت ان يكونوا متجاورين اعتزروا
