The place is beautiful and luxurious, and the staff—especially the employee I think is named Biso—are wonderful. I heard the workers call her that. She was sweet, and her treatment of my elderly father was very kind. I learned she’s from Jeddah and close to the neighborhood I live in, so she never missed a beat, was gentle and easy on the heart. God bless her, I envy the owner for having her.

The evening reception staff was cooperative. The room had an unpleasant odor.

It needs more attention and care.

The place is excellent, but everything they have is just nice.
