Excellent location, tasty breakfast buffet, and a comfortable bed. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s on a busy street, so there’s a lot of noise outside.

The location is brilliant for main tourist spots and transport access. The included breakfast is thoughtful and would satisfy most guests with the options provided. Most staff are friendly and helpful, especially a young man named Berke who was highly professional, helpful, insightful, and honest. The downside of being close to attractions is the road noise on the busy street. We also felt a hard sell for a dinner‑boat cruise right after arrival by a senior staff member; the value seemed questionable, and the timing—offering it before we even unpacked—felt exploitative and should be reconsidered.

The hotel is very pretty, located right in Sultanhet, letting you walk to all the main attractions. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was great! Everything was perfect.
