Paris la Défense Auberge

I fell victim to a fraudulent booking through the platform. For an event organized by our association, we had reserved a place called “Auberge Paris La Défense” to host young people in professional integration. Upon arrival, we discovered the establishment didn’t exist: it was a residential building with no signage, no reception, and no accommodation facilities; the contact provided was unreachable despite many calls. After speaking with the building’s caretaker, we learned the property had been repeatedly reported, the person involved was a sleep‑seller, the property was no longer in use and was for sale. Faced with this, we had to find an urgent, much more expensive alternative, severely impacting our association’s budget. Given these facts, we request a full refund of the fraudulent reservation, priority handling of this case due to the damage suffered, and to date we have not been able to reach your services despite several attempts, awaiting a quick response.

Je vous jure il n'est faut pas y aller dans cet hôtel car ils ont spécialisé aux Arnaques d'argent, jusque-là je n'ai pas pris le remboursement car je n'avais pas dormis tout était annulé bien avant; en plus il n'est répond au téléphone, j'ai déjà dit à mon avocat et la plainte est déjà déposée. “horrible”

I couldn’t even sleep in the common room. Booking is not good at all… the inn is in a public housing project where men are crammed in total indignity; it feels like the slavery era when black people were packed on ships to be sold. I’m a woman and was told to sleep in a room with only men; I imagine I could have been raped. The inn hosts undocumented people; it’s horrible on Booking’s part. I had to go to a 1‑star hotel, Booking is a disgrace.
