The hotel offers great facilities like a pool and common areas, and parking is safe. Unfortunately, staff were not present at check‑in, I was misled to think breakfast was included but it wasn’t, and the kettle didn’t work.

The location and overall stay were pleasant, but the reception was terrible. My partner and I were left standing outside for a while with no idea how to get in.

We arrived very late but they waited for us. The noise made it hard to sleep, especially since we were exhausted. I sent a message to the owner complaining, “No response from her until tomorrow 8am. Money wasted.”
