Location was fine. Problems with hot water. The room had leaks. The building entrance had dampness. Both were dry at the time of the trip and didn’t hurt, but they give a sense of neglect. The balcony windows had no curtains and a lot of light came in, only the exterior blinds could block it. Nothing serious, just a note so they can fix it.
It’s for what it is, to rest after a day of river routes. The bad part was the view from a roof.

The location was perfect. The room was very small, no chair, you couldn’t even dress or sit to put on shoes.
Very good location for the routes we wanted. Although there was no staff, a small issue with the door arose and they fixed it quickly.
