The mountain vibe and homely feel were nice, but the facilities were dusty, the couch had stains, the crockery was dirty, and I found hair from three different people on the beds.

The place is so nice and cozy, and the view is spectacular. Coby, the receptionist, is very accommodating. The rooms are spotless and the log fireplace warms the entire house. The kitchen, bedrooms, living room and shower area are fully equipped. Ossies is very close to Ohakune town center. It was a memorable experience for our family, and we will definitely return. The only downside is that the internet is a bit slow.

The cabin/chalet has a roomy living area. I love the Lockwood.
