The accommodation is easily accessible with parking nearby. It was in impeccable condition, and the guide with restaurant, bar, garden suggestions was appreciated. The air‑conditioning and breakfast are highlighted in the listing title: regarding the air‑conditioning, we had to switch it on at the breaker. I find it a shame that for equipment advertised, the host can’t adjust the settings as they wish. Regarding breakfast, eggs would be a good option for those preferring savory.

“Great place and great hosts”

A tiny spot with welcoming hosts and on‑site parking tucked in the alley by the house – absolutely brilliant. Nothing to complain about; it’s a little gem.

I stayed in a very cozy one‑bedroom apartment that had a nice balcony and was situated in a fantastic spot in Nantes, just a short walk from great pizza, sushi, a brewpub and Le Jardin Extraordinaire. Everything I needed was there, and the breakfast ingredients were nice. The hosts were very kind and communicated well, making it feel much better than a typical hotel room. The only downside was that there was no morning service. Still a great place.

“Séjour satisfaisant”

The breakfast was quite decent and the place was quiet. However, there was only one glass available, and only one mug, which was lacking.
