The location was fine, but the place promised free breakfast, Wi‑Fi, and TV and none of those were actually available. The hallway was cluttered with hanging cords from upstairs, the room and microwave had a bad odor, and there were no coffee cups in the room in the morning. The ceiling showed mold or water damage, the bed springs were exposed and the pillows felt lumpy, the smoke detector batteries were dead, and the door latch wouldn’t lock.

Nothing positive to note. The hotel misrepresented itself: there was no coffee station for guests, and the small pot in the room came without cups, cream, or sugar. The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned, the pillows were flat and there was only one thin blanket, the linens smelled used, and there was no internet or TV signal. When we mentioned the missing breakfast, coffee station, internet, and TV to the manager, he merely apologized and offered no compensation or better rate. We will never return.

The staff were nice, but the property was dirty and lacked hot water and cable. The room wasn’t clean, and water stains covered the ceiling in several spots. Cords from the hallway camera system hung down and blocked my husband’s face because he is tall.

It is is a good location for what I needed. I have stayed here previously also. stayed for 4 night - absolutely NO hot water for the entire time! Also no TV service at all. The room was not made up, upon my entry. One bed was still unmade; old towels and wash-clothes still in the bathroom. It is apparently under new ownership (at least that was the story) and the previous owner apparently took all the linens and broke the hot water
