A good place! The AC was good and the rooms were spacious.

The room was spacious and it was easy to get to Galle. However, we had no electricity for the entire stay except at night. We went out two days to express our dissatisfaction, but no explanation, no solution, and no compensation were offered. We paid for a place with electricity and air conditioning, yet it was very hot and we couldn’t charge our devices. This kind of inconvenience happens, especially since there seemed to be city‑wide issues, but we did not appreciate the staff’s attitude at all. There was also a dead rat with the carp fish. The bathroom door has stained glass so we can see each other, which is not very pleasant. The ceiling fan is about to fall onto the bed.

The staff and location were good. The breakfast wasn’t good, but that’s fine—we didn’t bother with it.

The hotel has a good location, friendly and responsive staff, and a nice hotel grounds. The downside is the lack of a TV, and the communal kitchen has no stove.

A warm, welcoming family runs this hotel, and its spot is pretty convenient, though you can pick up a bit of traffic noise from the main road with horns blaring constantly.
