“Perfect!”
The location was spot on, and the hotel itself was spotless with staff who were absolutely fantastic!

The artwork throughout the mail‑floor halls was stunning, though parking was an issue.

The room was large and impeccably clean, but there was no pool or gym and the price felt too steep.

The building and interior were stunning, the staff were extremely helpful, and the location is great for walking anywhere.

The location, staff, art, and room size were all good, but the extractor fans in the bathroom and entry kept whirring constantly and couldn't be turned off, which was irritating; the staff tried to help but the design flaw undermines a hotel that claims design excellence.
