The staff here are genuinely lovely, especially Chris C, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The servers on the beach were also super friendly and attentive. That being said, I'm not entirely sure why this place gets so much hype - it's not bad, but it's not that special either. The only real issue we had was with the bugs in our room, which were a bit of a nuisance, but the staff did their best to sort it out by spraying the room.

We had an amazing time at this resort - the property is stunning, and the staff are some of the friendliest people we've ever met.
