The room was comfortable, well equipped, and quiet; the location was just perfect because we wanted something near the Corinthia Hotel, and the Thames and Embankment underground station was only a few steps away; breakfast was very good, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was beautifully maintained and in a great location; the only downside was the overall price and the extra fees, which seemed very high for what you got.
