The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the hotel itself didn't live up to expectations. The cleanliness was subpar, with used water bottles littered around the room and no jug for fresh water. To make matters worse, the rate was way too high, and the staff seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing good service. When I asked for a simple cup of tea, I was told it had to be sent back to the kitchen, which just seemed ridiculous.

This hotel really delivered on all fronts - the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, and the facilities were top-notch. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and at ease, and the hotel's amenities were everything I needed and more.
