Everything was perfect, especially the staff—Betsy was the best, upgraded us to a nice room with a large balcony overlooking the street, and even gave a thoughtful gift when we arrived. I’d spend all my evenings people‑watching and soaking up the New Orleans vibes; it was honestly flawless. The whole team was so nice, the property is close to everything in the French Quarter—no more than a 5‑10 minute walk—and it was very clean. The courtyard area is gorgeous with an inviting pool. Next time we’re in New Orleans, we’ll definitely stay here. I liked everything.
